PACHI asked faith leaders in Neno to be in forefront on Malaria prevention and control

Parent and Child Health Initiative (PACHI) has asked faith leaders in Neno district to be in the forefront sensitizing their flock on malaria management after noticing that a lot of people are not seeking treatment in fear of being tested for Covid-19 due to similar signs and symptoms.

PACHI Neno District Project Coordinator, Russell Msiska, says for example, Neno is on position three in registering more cases of malaria; hence, a need to engage faith leaders in broadening awareness on best practices to end the disease.

Neno District Hospital Malaria Coordinator, Brazilio Mose, has since asked people to use mosquito nets properly while also making sure that surroundings are always clean.
