The main project  objective is to increase the coverage of fully immunized children to 100 percent from a below 70% baseline in Ntchisi and Dowa districts through monitoring of  immunization status of infants from birth to one-year old at the community level using My Village is My Home tool within the Reaching Every Child/ Community (REC) framework. Currently in T/A Chiwere and Msakambewa in Dowa and Nthondo and Kalumo in Ntchisi. The project is being supported by USAID through JSI.
