A Social Accountability Project funded by UNICEF being implemented in 5 districts of Dowa, Dedza, Nkhata Bay, Machinga and Zomba in partnership with YONECO and MHEN. The aim of the project is to increasing the citizen voice to understand RMNCAH policies and rights which would assist to improve decision making and demand for better quality health services. Strategically, the project will establish forums for discussions at both the district and community levels that will be called “Bwalo” forums. The Community Bwalo Forums will therefore engage the duty bearers through the District Bwalo Forums.
